Excitement of the "Gloria Canoeing 2020 Cup" in Belek

Turkey's first international canoeing event, the “Gloria Canoeing 2020 Cup” 5000-meter races, is being held on Friday, March 13, in cooperation with Gloria Hotels & Resorts, the Turkish Canoe Federation, and Koze Tour.

The canoe races, which will take place on the Acısu River that separates Gloria Hotels & Resorts, located in Antalya's natural wonder region of Belek, from the sea, are set to witness breathtaking competitions once again on Friday, March 13.

The tournament, which is included in the 2020 competition program of the International Canoe Federation (ICF), will host approximately 150 athletes and coaches from Turkey, Belarus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, England, Slovenia, Serbia, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Poland, and Denmark.

Athletes will paddle along the 5000 meters between Gloria Golf Resort, neighboring the Acısu River, and the bridges of Gloria Serenity Resort, the start and finish points of the races, sweating for the championship just like last year.

The winners of the race will be announced at the award ceremony, which will take place on Friday, March 13, between 16:00 and 17:00.
