Hotels Winning the Otelpuan.com Award Announced!

Otelpuan.com, based on the expectations and opinions of nearly 600,000 guests, determined Turkey’s most admired hotels. This year, for the 8th time, our hotels that satisfied their guests the most among 19,237 facilities received Otelpuan.com awards.

Ayşıl Bahar Arıcı, Director of Guest Experience Relationship Management and Quality, and Mehmet Ersoy, Chairman of Etstur, met with the press at Istanbul St. Regis Hotel to provide information about the awarded hotels and Otelpuan.com.

The website Otelpuan.com, open to guest reviews and enriched daily with new holiday experiences, awarded Turkey's best hotels for the 8th time. Based on thousands of Otelpuan surveys and impartial reviews, 12 out of the 34 selected best facilities were from our region and received awards.
