NATO Foreign Ministers Met in Belek
The NATO Foreign Ministers Meeting was held in Belek on May 13-14, 2015, hosted by our country.
The official opening of the summit was carried out by our Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu. In addition to the foreign ministers of the 28 allied countries, the summit was attended by the foreign ministers or senior representatives of Afghanistan and the Resolute Support Mission (RSM) partner countries: Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Armenia, Finland, Georgia, Ireland, Sweden, Montenegro, Macedonia, Mongolia, Ukraine, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, and Jordan. Representatives from the EU and the UN Secretary-General’s Deputy Special Representative for Afghanistan were also present. The summit being held in Belek is of great significance for our region.
Beşiktaş continued its mid-season preparations with a training session at the Gloria Sports Arena in our region. The closed training session lasted nearly 1.5 hours. Beşiktaş will continue its preparations with a public training session at 17:00 in the evening.
