The Tour of Antalya Took Our Breath Away
The race, which began on February 20 with the Antalya Stage, featuring 29 teams and 173 athletes from 23 countries, continued on its second day with the Kemer-Antalya stage. In the 3rd stage, athletes started from the Aspendos Ancient Theater and completed the challenging stage at Termessos Ancient City. The Tour of Antalya concluded with the 136.8-kilometer Side-Antalya stage on February 23. The stage was won by Tim Merlier from Alpecin-Fenix Team with a time of 2 hours 57 minutes 31 seconds. Second place went to Filipe Fortin from Felbermayr Team, and third place to Frederik Dombrovski from Bike Aid Team.
In the individual general classification, Max Stedman from Canyon DHB Team, despite not winning any stage, won the Tour of Antalya, becoming the 2020 champion. In the general team classification, the Tour of Antalya champion was Alpecin-Fenix.

The sprint prime, held at the 49.2nd kilometer of the stage and sponsored by Diana Travel, was distributed among the following athletes:

The last prime gate was passed at the 116.6th kilometer of the stage. Sponsored by Fraport TAV Antalya Airport, the Natural Beauty prime was distributed among these athletes, thus sharing the green jersey points:

After passing the gate, the final 10 kilometers began, and attention turned to the athlete who would win the stage and the race. Just meters before the finish line, the peloton experienced an unfortunate accident. The first to cross the finish line was Tim Merlier from Alpecin-Fenix Team.
