Visit to the Serik District Governorship

As the BETUYAB Board of Directors, following our meeting held on July 24, 2025, we visited the District Governor of Serik, Mr. Cemal Şahin, in his office. We expressed our gratitude to the District Governor for his active administrative approach in our region and his contributions to tourism activities.

During the meeting, attention was also drawn to the importance of the decision taken by the Governorship to prohibit fireworks displays. In line with the decision made by our Board of Directors in the same direction, it was emphasized that increasing environmental awareness and especially sensitivity against fire risks is critical. Together with all institutions and stakeholders, we continue our efforts to ensure that our region develops as a safe, sustainable, and environmentally respectful destination.
